This Historic Landrum Inn was originally built in 1857 and renovated in 1990′s. A large dining room with commercial kitchen and Grade “A” rating plus license to serve alcoholic beverages allow for operation of Restaurant if desired. Landrum, SC is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains with closeby attractions including Biltmore House, Carl Sanburg Home, Chimney Rock, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Town is in the Upstate which is the fastest growing area in South Carolina. Located just a few miles from the NC state line you are in Horse Country and the FENCE Showgrounds where horse shows are almost every weekend during the year all seasons. The Inn has five guest bedrooms decorated in their own personllity and theme two of which are diplayed. All rooms have forced air heating, fans, and Air conditioning. Offering meeting and reception facilities for weddings, rehersal dinners, birthday parties, holiday-get-togethers, group meetings, family reunions and church functions keep the Inn busy throughout the year.
